Delta Flowtech have since 1998 a history of providing solenoid valve solutions to OEM’s across the globe. The applications range from medical, automotive, oil and gas, industrial applications etc.

We have launched a new part of our business which manufactures bespoke valves to a specific and unique requirement. This is working closely with the customer team, from inception through to design and production. An ever increasing number of customers require a change from the standard range, leading to great improvements in space, efficiency and cost savings.

Both normally open and normally closed, 2/2 and 3/2 versions are available. There are in excess of 120 models, ensuring that if your requirements are not available from standard, then we can produce it with proven success.

For example, this year we have designed a unique valve manifold for the gas industry, allowing a boiler manufacturer to fit easily and quickly replacements in the field without disconnecting the pipework, taking less than a few minutes to assemble in production and the same for replacements in the field.

Other examples this year have been in the automotive industry-we have supplied a major vehicle manufacturer in Europe with solenoid valves for the air supply on commercial vehicles, also companies involved in the production of air suspension and medical applications.

Materials such as plastics, brass, stainless steel and aluminium have been used for valve components and the grade is chosen carefully for the application and the long term suitability, with media and environmental factors to consider. Seals range from silicone, NBR, FKM, EPDM etc.
